How do I make a booking with Horizon Lines?
Our online customer portal NetCaptain® allows customers to make and manage their bookings with us. Please reference our NetCaptain® page for more information including instructions on how to create an account.

Where is my cargo?
Perhaps the most commonly-asked question in our industry and we understand why. That's why we provide 24/7 container tracking on our website. Visit our homepage and click on the "CONTAINER SEARCH" tab in the middle of the page. Enter your container number and the start and end date of your shipment timeframe to see a full history of activities for your shipment.
