Operations : Dutch Harbor Weather, Reinstated Dutch Harbor Call

Please be advised that due to severe weather and extreme high winds in Dutch Harbor this weekend, we were prevented from discharging the AZ956S during her port call. As a result, most of the northbound loads destined for Dutch Harbor on the AZ956N, which departed from Tacoma on Friday, 4/10, remain on the vessel and will be returning to Tacoma on Wednesday, 4/22. The seminar is being moved from the Fabulich Center on Port of Tacoma Road to the new EQC (Emerald Queen Casino) Ballroom and Conference Center in Fife, WA. All State maintained gravel roads Kenai Peninsula area south of Portage Glacier highway = 50%. All State maintained gravel roads within the Kodiak Island area; All state maintained paved roads in Kenai Peninsula area (south of Portage Glacier Highway); in Anchorage, Eagle River, and Girdwood; in the Matanuska-Susitna area (south of the Parks Highway MP 163 / south of Glenn Highway MP 55 (Moose Creek and north of the Eklutna Interchange) = 75%.
