PUERTO RICO SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Petroleum Explosion in San Juan Update # 2
Dear Valued Customer:
The U.S. Coast Guard has opened the port in San Juan for vessel traffic.
Cargo operations for the Horizon Producer, voyage PD574S will commence at 1:00 PM today.
Gate hours will be extended to 8:00 PM this evening, for dispatch and receiving of cargo.
We will continue to provide updates as appropriate regarding this situation.
