July 2012 Holiday Schedule
Dear Valued Customer:
The following is Horizon Lines July 2012 Holiday Schedule:
Independence Day will be observed on Wednesday, July 4th, 2012.
• Jacksonville, FL – Terminal Closed
• Elizabeth, NJ – Terminal Closed
• Houston, TX – Terminal Closed
• San Juan, PR – Terminal Closed
o Hacienda – Closed
o Agriculture – Closed
• Dallas Customer Service – Closed
Luis Munoz Rivera Day will be observed on Monday, July 16th, 2012.
• San Juan, PR – Terminal Open. Gate hours will be from 7:00AM – 12:00PM and 1:00PM – 4:00PM.
o Hacienda – Office will be closed, but they will be approving electronic manifests.
o Agriculture – Will be stamping documentation/bills of lading.
Puerto Rico Constitution Day will be observed on Wednesday, July 25th, 2012.
• San Juan, PR – Terminal Closed
o Hacienda – Office will be closed, but they will be approving electronic manifests.
o Agriculture – Will be stamping documentation/bills of lading.
Jose Celso Barbosa Day will be observed on Friday, July 27th, 2012.
• San Juan, PR – Terminal Open. Gate hours will be from 7:00AM – 12:00PM and 1:00PM – 4:00PM.
o Hacienda – Office will be closed, but they will be approving electronic manifests.
o Agriculture – Will be stamping documentation/bills of lading.
Weeks shortened by holidays can lead to terminal congestion. We encourage customers to furnish their cargo early to avoid increased terminal traffic.
