HORIZON PACIFIC PS344S DELAYED ARRIVING INTO HONOLULU, HI
Dear Valued Hawaii Customer:
Due to mechanical issues, the Horizon Pacific PS344S has been delayed arriving into Honolulu.
• We anticipate a Monday, May 14th arrival. Vessel operations are slated to begin at 16:30 on Monday.
o To better serve customer needs, Honolulu will operate a full service night gate in order to expedite cargo availability.
Monday, May 14th 20:30 – 05:15 hours; meal break from 01:15 – 02:30
• Neighbor Island connections will be affected and we are working to mitigate these delays.
o Hilo cargo will sail on the Tuesday barge and arrive Thursday, May 17th.
o Kahului cargo will sail on the Wednesday barge and arrive Thursday, May 17th.
o Kawaihae cargo will sail on the Thursday barge and arrive Friday, May 18th.
o Nawiliwili cargo will sail on the Thursday barge and arrive Friday, May 18th.
Horizon Lines is aware that arrival delays may affect our customers’ operations and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that impacts are minimized. We will continue to provide timely and accurate updates as information becomes available.
