Update on OCU Negotiations in Los Angeles for Tuesday, August 28
Dear Valued Customer:
Negotiations between APM Terminals (APMT) and representatives of Office Clerical Unit (OCU) resumed this week. At 3:30pm local pacific time on Tuesday, we have been advised the following from APMT:
OCU negotiations have adjourned for today and both parties have agreed to meet again tomorrow. Terminal services at Pier 400 are operating as normal.
We are closely monitoring the negotiations and will keep you apprised of any developments.
