HAWAII & GUAM SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
Oakland Terminal Paperless Gate

 

Dear Valued Customer:

Effective September 12th 2011, the Ports of America terminal will be implementing a paperless ticket system at the outgate pedestals. Printing at the ingate and yard pedestals will be unaffected by this change. All gate transaction information can be viewed and retrieved at any time using your current login credentials on the VoyagerTrack website (www.paoak.com or www.voyagertrack.com). We anticipate this change to have positive impact to the overall turn times.


Also, just a reminder please submit your hazardous paperwork to Oakland Cargo Services prior to the trucker’s arrival at the terminal. Ports of America will no longer be accepting Hazardous Paperwork on the terminal. All paperwork will be sent through Horizon Lines Oakland Cargo Services.
