Fuel Adjustment Factor to Decrease – from 45.5% to 42.0% on June 17th
Dear Valued Customer,
Horizon Lines will decrease its Fuel Adjustment Factor in the Hawaii trade by 3.5 percentage points, from 45.5% to 42.0%, effective Sunday, June 17, 2012. The decrease has been filed with the Surface Transportation Board and covers Horizon Lines tariffs HRZD 468, HRZD 488, HRZD 201 and HRZD 112. These tariffs govern shipments moving between the continental U.S. and Hawaii.
Horizon Lines will continue to closely monitor fuel costs and will adjust the Fuel Adjustment Factor as trends warrant.
