FSX SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
FSX (Five Star Express) West Coast Arrival Changes
Dear Valued Customer:
In response to rising fuel costs and protecting our service reliability, we will be modifying the West Coast arrival schedule of our FSX service starting with the arrival of the Falcon (FA047E) into Los Angeles, CA on September 12th and Oakland, CA on September 14th.
New USWC Arrival Schedule
- LA Arrival Monday 0700
- OAK Arrival Wednesday 1800
Intermodal Service Changes
- Kansas City Cargo Availability Friday 0900
- Dallas Cargo Availability Saturday 0800
All cargo in Los Angeles will be available for customer pickup starting at 0800 PST on Tuesday. Some cargo may be available Monday after 1800 PST, please follow the instructions provided below to check cargo availability.
To check the availability of your LA cargo for pickup, please refer to the APMT Los Angeles port website,
http://www.apmterminals.com/americas/losangeles/, and enter your container number(s) into the Import Availability section.
All cargo in Oakland will be available for customer pickup starting at 0800 PST on Thursday.
To check the availability of your OAK cargo for pickup, please refer to the POAH Oakland port website,
http://www.paoak.com/, and enter your container under the section “QuickTrack” to check container availability. (A user id and password is required.)
