Dear Valued Customer:
Horizon Lines has been informed that West Coast Marine Terminal Operator Agreement (WCMTOA) will raise the current PierPASS Traffic Mitigation Fee (TMF) at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach to $60 per TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) effective July 4th, 2011.
