Puerto Rico Announcement : Operations : Schedule Update 8.17.09

Dear Valued Customer:

The Horizon Navigator is currently enroute to Puerto Rico. Horizon Lines will make the following schedule changes to minimize the effects on our customer base and have our vessels back on schedule by Wednesday, August 19th.

South Atlantic Express Service (SAX) Jacksonville to San Juan

• Horizon Navigator, voyage NV389S is scheduled to arrive in San Juan, PR on Tuesday morning August 18th. Cargo availability will commence at approximately 11:00 AM on Tuesday and continue through the day.
• We will hold a late gate for our customers on Tuesday, August 18th for dispatch until 8:00 PM.
• Our Northbound voyage to Jacksonville, FL has been changed to voyage number NV390N. Cargo cutoff will remain at 6:00 PM. All bookings have been updated to reflect corrected voyage number. Please ensure your Shipper’s Export Declarations are updated accordingly.
• Hrizon Navigator, voyage NV390N will sail San Juan, PR to Jacksonville, FL for an on-time arrival on Friday, August 21st, 2009.

North Atlantic Express Service (NAX) Elizabeth to San Juan

• Horizon Trader, voyage TO332S from Elizabeth, NJ is scheduled to arrive in San Juan, PR this evening, August 17th. All cargo will be available for pickup at 6:00 AM Tuesday morning, August 18th.
• Our Northbound voyage to Elizabeth, NJ has been changed to voyage number TO333N. A 6:00 PM cargo cutoff will remain in effect today, August 17th for the Northbound voyage to Elizabeth. All bookings have been updated to reflect corrected voyage number. Please ensure your Shipper’s Export Declarations are updated accordingly.
• Horizon Trader, voyage TO333N will sail San Juan, PR to Elizabeth, NJ for an on-time arrival on Friday, August 21st, 2009.
