Horizon Navigator Voyage NV517S Revised ETA to San Juan –Update 4
Dear Valued Customer:
Horizon Lines is executing repairs to the Horizon Navigator and evaluating several recovery options to ensure the cargo loaded on voyage NV517S is delivered to San Juan as soon as possible.
The actual departure time of the Navigator from Jacksonville is the biggest factor in estimating the arrival of cargo in San Juan. Based on current information, our customers can expect cargo on board NV517S to arrive in San Juan as early as Thursday, March 29th or as late as Friday, March 30th.
The departure delay of the Navigator may have other vessel network implications, but we are unable to estimate these effects till the Navigator’s actual departure time is known. As soon as they are known, we will communicate these immediately to the trade.
Horizon Lines is aware of the effects that schedule changes have on our customers’ operations and will make every reasonable effort to ensure these effects are minimized. We will continue to provide timely and accurate updates on information that may affect your shipments.
